The salts will help to exfoliate and stimulate circulation. The coconut oil will leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated. The herbs bring in Nature's therapeutic energy.

Ingredients;

Himalayan Pink Salt - contains 80 essential minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium. It is a natural exfoliant, contains antibacterial properties and helps balance skin hydration levels. It contains positive ions which can help boost serotonin. Himalayan salt is used in spiritual practice to cleanse and purify.  

Epsom Salts - is a naturally occurring salt containing magnesium and sulphate. It helps to reduce inflammation, ease muscle pain and detox your body. 

Coconut Oil - naturally hydrating and moisturising. High in antioxidants and antibacterial properties.

Herbs - Uplifting and energising herbs such as Mint, Rosemary, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Balm.

Lemon Tea Tree Essential Oil - Uplifting and refreshing. Powerful anti-bacterial oil. Helps to balance emotions and stress. Increases mental focus.

Directions

Scoop a tablespoon size into your hand 

Gently rub onto wet skin

Rinse off with warm water

Do not use on face

Avoid contact with eyes

Product can turn to liquid in warm weather - place in fridge to harden

Do a skin patch test first

Do not use on skin with eczema or dermatitis

Use within 6 months
