Lavender is well known for its calming, and soothing benefits. The flowers contain over 40 constituents in the volatile oil which have mildly sedating properties. 

Lemon balm contains constituents which have antispasmodic and sedative actions that can help to soothe tension. Lemon balm has a very supportive energy for when we are feeling unsettled and anxious.

Mint contains up to 50% menthol volatile oils which can have an analgesic and cooling action which has a soothing effect.

This oil can be useful for tension headaches.

Apply to temples, forehead, around base of neck.
