Himalayan Pink Salt - contains 80 essential minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium. It is a natural exfoliant, contains antibacterial properties and helps balance skin hydration levels. It contains positive ions which can help boost serotonin. Himalayan salt is used in spiritual practice to cleanse and purify.  

Epsom Salts - is a naturally occurring salt containing magnesium and sulphate. It helps to reduce inflammation, ease muscle pain and detox your body. 

Dead Sea Salts - are rich in minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium which help to hydrate and nourish your skin making it feel smooth after use.

Pink French Clay - absorbs impurities, toxins and excess oils from your skin. A gentle detox.

A natural and nourishing addition to your shower routine.

Use the body scrub last after washing your body and hair as the coconut oil will act as a lasting moisturiser.

The coconut oil will leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated.

The salts will help to exfoliate and stimulate circulation. 

Directions

Scoop a tablespoon size into your hand 

Gently rub onto wet skin

Rinse off with warm water

Do not use on broken skin

Avoid contact with eyes

Product can turn to liquid in warm weather - place in fridge to harden

Do a skin patch test first

Do not use on skin with eczema or dermatitis
